April 3: Jesus Passes On His Power
Bible Passage: Acts 1:6-14; 2:1-12
Bible Point: Jesus is powerful and He gives us power.
Leader Context: Jesus is powerful. The Holy Spirit can be a bit mysterious, especially to kids. Who is he? What does he do? Because of this mystery, it can be tempting to avoid talking too much about the Holy Spirit. Instead, use this lesson to help kids see how the Holy Spirit empowers them with Jesus’ power. If kids ask questions you can’t answer, that’s okay! Tell them you don’t know, and consider doing some research or talking with your pastor this week to find answers.
