August 6: Jesus' Disciples

Bottom Line: God's family is with me on my adventure with Jesus.
Leader Context: The disciples were Jesus' closest friends and followers- they saw him do
miracles, learned from him and each other, helped share Jesus' message, and got to help
people in Jesus' name. The disciples are a great example of the encouragement and
support we can find from others in God's family, reminding the kids of the importance of
working together and helping each other on our adventure.
