Aug 28: Parable of the Lost Son
Bible Passage: Galatians 5:22, Luke 15:11-32
Big Idea: Love is a fuit of the spirit.
Leader Context: Love is a fruit of the spirit in Galatians 5:22. We also see God’s loving heart in the story - Jesus tells about a father whose son leaves to live wildly in Luke 15:11-32. When the son returns home, the father welcomes him with open arms. In the same way, God loves us so much, and his loves flows out of us to others! As kids understand God’s love for them, they’ll grow more love in their lives. Talk about ways you and your kids could show God’s love to others.
