YEA GOD!
FOR 2025

Each week when our staff gathers, I open our meeting with the same question—one I’ve asked in some form for the last seventeen years: What do we say “Yea God!” for this week? It’s a simple but powerful question because it focuses our hearts on what truly matters. Where did we see the Lord at work? Where did we see a teammate serve Him in a special way? We celebrate with a heartfelt “Yea God!” because it reminds us that God is working and that His work is what matters most.

When someone comes to faith—Yea God!
When someone joins a team—Yea God!
When someone steps into a small group—Yea God!
When new people attend—Yea God!

Each week, it’s encouraging to give God credit for all He is doing in and through our church family.  As we look toward the end of 2025, there are so many reasons to say “Yea God!” for the year as a whole.

  • We are growing as a church family. Compared to last October, we have grown by 15%, which means over 200 more people are worshiping with us each week.
  • We are seeing people take their next steps with Jesus. So far this year, 98 people have been baptized across all campuses.
  • We are meeting needs in the name of Jesus through ministries like Learn to Speak English, where volunteers teach others to read while sharing the love and message of Christ, and through Blessings in a Backpack, which provides food for over 200 kids each week thanks to your generosity and servant hearts.
  • We are connecting in community, with more than 1,200 people engaged in groups where they’re growing together and doing life side by side. And even in a challenging financial season for many, our church continues to give generously and sacrificially—our giving is 5% ahead of budget! Every one of these wins is a “Yea God!” moment worth celebrating.

Looking ahead to 2026, I can't wait to see all that God will do next. Our theme for the year is Made for More, based on Ephesians 2:10, which reminds us that we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do the good works He prepared in advance for us. That means even before we step into the new year, God already has a plan for your spiritual growth, your service to others, and your connection to community.

Will you join Him in His work? Will you give Him your “yes” and watch what He does in and through you? One way to join God in His work is by giving generously.  Because your generosity directly impacts lives, I want to invite you to give extravagantly this Christmas. We rely on December giving to finish the year strong and position Parkway for the year ahead. Our goal is $219,710 —11% of our annual budget.

To reach this goal, we must pray, trust, and give as the Lord directs. We believe He will meet every need through the faithful and sacrificial giving of our church family. Contributions can be made online at www.parkwaychurch.tv/give, by mail to 4802 John Stockbauer, Victoria, TX 77904, by text at 361-221-5262, or during our services. Please note that mailed contributions must be postmarked by December 31 to receive contribution credit for 2025.  As we reflect on all God has done and look forward to what He will do next, may our hearts be full of gratitude and expectation. Every story, every baptism, every act of service, and every gift is a reason to say together—Yea God!

SPIRITUAL GROWTH
